Support to carers/family members who care for someone suffering mental ill health, this includes one-to-one support, information, group support, referral to other agencies (statutory & voluntary), group support, help with claiming benefits or form filling, advocacy, information about mental illness, carers’ outgoings, quarterly newsletter.
Office is open Mon-Friday 9-5 (4.30 Friday), 24 hour voicemail
Carers’ Group first Wednesday of each month 2-4 at our office (unless otherwise advertised)
All adult carers/family members looking after someone aged 16-65 with enduring mental health problems in the City and County of Notts.

We offer a wide range of training opportunities to anyone who would like to have a go.  Courses range from introductions to new things and fun stuff or useful qualifications to help people back into work and vocational qualifications.
All are welcome, and our student support team will give you a helping hand in study support and organising your studies to fit around other commitments.  Our qualified advice workers can give you one to one specialist advice to help you to identify your own goals and find ways to enable you to achieve them.
